hello, target api level 34 or higher by august 31st. Will there be an update to the program?

Je rencontre un problème similaire avec mon application, et Google me demande de cibler Android 14 (niveau d'API 34) ou une version ultérieure.
Pouvez-vous m'aider à résoudre ce problème ?

yes the same problem here i payed for upload the app to google play, now cant upload becose use old api 33 need api 34 !!!! please fix that or turn back money
