We just have released a minor update v3.0.2 with Image Notification feature, which is only available via PushAdmin.

You can send pretty looking notifications with an Image Banner like this:

@Onychogomphus, One update is provided for free of cost once your app is created. You can ask us for your free update whenever you needs any changes to be made.

If you needs to make some tests, you can use the free edition. When testing finishes, you can go for the Single APK Plan.

@amosb, It is not recommended to install multiple editions of Java at once. Java 8 is fully compatible and stable with Java 8 too, we have tested it hard. You need to set classpath correctly, it will surely detect Java and work.

Push Icon should be 48x48px

In Android 5.0+, Push notification icons can only be displayed Gray & Transparent.

Icon should be semi-transparent. All colors will turn gray, Transparent remains the same.

But, the custom Push Icon only be displayed when notification is sent using PushAdmin. Firebase will always display App Icon as your notification Icon.
