I am reaching out to report a problem I have encountered while developing a photo editor, as well as other projects like QR code generators and a browser, using your platform. Upon completing the editing or download process, the images are automatically generated with a filename format that includes the date and time, for example: 27_oct_2024_8-01-22 p. m._.png.

This format contains special characters and spaces that, while functional in other contexts, are causing compatibility issues in device galleries. As a result, the edited images are not displayed correctly and can only be found by manually searching through a file manager, which significantly hinders the user experience, whose main goal is to download and view images.

It is important to note that the issue does not reside in the HTML code of my applications, but in the name assigned to them upon download. It would be greatly beneficial if the filename format could be adjusted to remove spaces and special characters. This would significantly improve image visibility in the gallery and enhance the overall user experience.

@admin We have fixed the issue on our end. The file name now onwards will only contain numeric characters.

Thank you very much for reviewing my case. I have updated my applications as suggested, but for some reason, downloaded images are still only viewable through a file explorer. I have tested this thoroughly on various devices, and I noticed that if I execute the HTML files directly through browsers like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, the images download correctly and are immediately visible in the photo gallery.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could further investigate what might be causing the images to remain hidden in the gallery when using the app. The primary purpose of my applications is to generate images for users to download and view directly. This issue poses a significant challenge, as it prevents the final users from locating the image, which is the main goal of the app.

If possible, I would appreciate it if you could create a test application to help identify the issue. As I mentioned, this problem isn’t unique to my setup; I’ve conducted extensive testing on various devices and also run the HTML files directly in browsers, where everything functions correctly. The issue seems to stem from the code within the application itself.
