StartApp ads are very easy to activate for the Android developer. Instead, Facebook ads are very complicated to activate

That is my experience with the 2 ad networks. That's why I prefer StartApp!

I have a legal copy of website 2 apk and the same thing happens to me. Some of my apps show that warning in the Google Play developer console, in others it doesn't happen. I can provide you by private my e-mail registered in the purchase and the license key. I need to solve the problem.

It's better Startapp. Facebook Ads is very difficult and slow to activate the ads. I prefer first Admob and secondly Startapp. If you have adsense on your website, the best thing is Starapp since Admob would not be possible due to breaching the policies
